Dalton, Ga. -- Oriental Weavers will introduce more than 400 new designs of area and accent rugs at the company's new showroom during market.
A broad variety of new patterns, colorations, qualities, constructions and price points make up the latest offering in woven and printed constructions.
Also set for debut are several line extensions to popular existing collections.
With its domestic manufacturing capabilities, OW is able to add three new collections to its Made in the U.S.A. program. One is the Adrienne collection, which OW described as "bursting with pops of color" like deep navy, warm plum, cayenne red, soft tangerine and spa blue" set against cool and earthy neutrals backdrops. The rugs are machine woven of polypropylene and feature high-twist, two-tone yarns for added surface interest.
Kate is another new U.S.A.-made collection, and it comprises heat-set, machine-made area rugs in soft, romantic shades like blush, smoky orchid, slate blue and warm copper. Styling is reminiscent of old world vintage looks.
And OW's Carson collection is a new plush, machine woven rug collection constructed domestically of textured polypropylene with a mixing of yarn textures and colors such as vibrant paprika, slate blue, rich brown, golden ivory and steel gray.
Two new collections from the company's Egyptian manufacturing facility will also make their debut. Temara is a machine-woven collection constructed with a high pile of dense, heavily textured yarns. The patterns are reminiscent of old world tribal craftsmanship and the palette includes shades of earthy brown, hazy blue, sandy taupe and alabaster.
Also for market, OW will also be expanding to its indoor/outdoor line of area rugs with the new Lagos collection. It features a high-low effect created by the woven cut pile and flat-weave construction. Colors include deep navy, bright red, aqua blue, lime green, tangerine orange and vibrant citron.
The company's new showroom is located on the seventh floor in suite 719 of the 295 5th Ave.
