Frichtl now an independent

Kate Frichtl, an area rug designer for Central Oriental and the company's parent company, Natco Home Products, is leaving the company to become an independent sales representative and designer.

"I have decided to pursue being an independent sales rep to the carpet and rug industry as well as some potential freelance design," said Frichtl, who will be based out of her home office in Providence, RI.

Mark Ferullo, president, Central Oriental/Natco, said the company is looking to replace Frichtl. "They are big shoes to fill," he said. The position calls for a designer to create designs for the company's handmade and machine-made offerings.
