Cotton Inc. opens Hong Kong Office

Hong Kong -- Cotton Incorporated yesterday announced the grand opening of a regional office in The Gateway, Harbour City, Tsimshatsui in Hong Kong.
The new regional office in Hong Kong will offer technical services for mills and manufacturers in the region. It will also provide information on cotton supply and demand, fiber quality and consumer research trends as well as product trend analysis services, which include sourcing specialists and supplier information.
The office will employ 10 full-time staffers with knowledge of product development, supply chain manufacturing and sourcing in the cotton industry. The office will host industry experts from the United States who will visit regularly to address clients’ specific needs, such as trend forecasting, sourcing, textile innovations, better quality cotton, market research and consumer information.
“We have been doing business in China for over 20 years,” said Cotton Inc. president and ceo Berrye Worsham, noting that the Shanghai office celebrated its 10th anniversary last year.
