Four Corners opens B2B, consumer site

PORTLAND, OR -Specialty bedding company Four Corners Home Collection has launched its new website, www.fourcornersusa.com, to provide retailers the online capability to order and reorder product, as well as increase exposure to consumers.

"Our goal in launching this site is to offer enhanced service to our retail partners and make it easier for consumers to find Four Corners products in the marketplace via the online store locator," said Lindsay Smith, co-founder.

Though intended both for retailers and consumers, the site emphasizes the wholesale aspect, with password-protected access and ordering, including exclusive products not yet available from the company direct to the consumer. Retailers can also obtain detailed product information for their customers.

The site is also the company's first launch into the direct-to-consumer market. The on-line visitor can either locate the closest retailer to them or select one of the five product categories-sheets, bed skirts, quilts and coverlets, throws and decorative pillows, and duvet covers and pillow shams-and buy online.

Equipped with direct retail sales ordering capabilities, the site gives visitors free shipping and a complete satisfaction policy that includes fully refundable returns for any reason. Also included is a fabric and color swatch program, making swatch cards available to all online customers at no charge.
