Queen resigns from Sleep Innovations

West Long Branch, NJ — Sleep Innovations announced today that Larry Queen, executive vp, has resigned from the company, effective immediately.

Queen had overseen and directed the production of the Bassetti line of licensed bedding through the company's Innovatex subsidiary, of which he was president.

Queen joined Sleep Innovations, based here, in June 1999 from Arley Corp. Queen had been executive vp of that company's American Home Ensembles unit.

Both the Bassetti line and Innovatex will now be directed by the president of Sleep Innovations, Michael Fux.

According to Fred Natrin, senior vp, marketing and product design for Sleep Innovations, Queen "decided he wanted to do some things on his own.

"It will be business as usual," he added. "There will be no change in the Bassetti business."
