ShopNBC appoints industry veteran McGrath to vp of quality assurance

Minneapolis – Electronic retailer ShopNBC has appointed 19-year multi-channel retail industry veteran Bill McGrath as its vp of quality assurance.
ShopNBC described McGrath as “an accomplished operations and financial executive with global leadership experience, product quality assurance, and global sourcing. Most recently he served as vp, global sourcing operations and finance, at QVC. During his tenure there, he also served earlier as the company’s vp of corporate quality assurance and quality control, vp of merchandise operations and inventory control, vp of market research and sales analysis, and director of financial planning and analysis.
Prior to QVC, McGrath held a variety of leadership positions at Subaru of America and Arthur Andersen. He holds an MBA from Drexel University.
