Croscill enhances modern lifestyles

At Market – Croscill is putting an emphasis on modern living this week with several bedding collections it’s showing in an area called the Metropolitan Room. “This addresses the urban master bedroom. It’s a formal look – upscale modern,” said Julie Brady, office of the president.
Central to the look are quilted coverlets with metallic features, pieced top of bed offerings, black and khaki combinations, as well as graphic florals with sets priced from $229 go $249.
In traditional, Croscill is moving away from tassels into embroideries and taped ribbon embellishments as well as embossed jacquards.
Croscill’s top-of-the-line White Label luxury program is expanding; the program now has six beds placed, with six new offerings on display this week. “We’re driving the brand up instead of taking it down,” said Brady. “We're also getting some interest for exporting with White Label.”
New in the bath accessories area are Italian Florentine designs, metals with wood finishes, cast iron, cut crystal in a leaf designs and wicker group.
Croscill is also moving into three new product categories: pet beds, occasional furniture, and table lamps. Care has been taken to produce unique statements in each of these three merchandise areas. “Each is finished in a very specialized way,” said Debbie Finn, product developer.
