Shaw nabs Elearning! position for third year in a row

Dalton, Ga. - Shaw Industries Group, Inc. ranked second on Elearning! magazineʼs Learning! 100, marking the third consecutive year it has been recognized by the publication.

Learning! 100 honorees cut across all industries and organization sizes, ranging in staff sizes of two to 2.6 million employees. In company with Shaw on this year's list are Hertz, Cisco, Verizon, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Oracle, Boeing, Symantec, Discover, Hilton and many others.

As group publisher Catherine Upton explained: "Altogether, the Learning! 100 winners represent the best-of-the-best in learning and development across multi-national organizations."

The company said its Learning Academy has helped it embrace its new corporate vision - to create a better future - by facilitating learning, training and development opportunities for Shaw associates and its customers. Additionally, Shaw Learning Academy has implemented a new performance management process, established a new training academy for manufacturing supervisors, and launched tablet-based training platforms to deliver learning modules for its salespeople in the field.
