Industry veteran Elizabeth Miller passes away

New York - Highly regarded designer Elizabeth Miller died here earlier today following a long battle with cancer.
Miller was vp of design for Mohawk Industries’ Karastan division. Her career has also included senior design positions at CHF Industries and Ex-Cell Home Fashions, as well as her own business, Elizabeth Miller Design.
She was an active fundraiser for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure organization, which helps breast cancer patients and their families.
She was the mother of Oliver Miller-Farrell; daughter of Leatrice Weiss Miller and Mark Miller; sister of Jim Miller and Maggie Myers (Andy); and aunt of Zachary Miller, Sophie Miller, Ellen Myers and Chloe Miller.
Funeral and memorial arrangements will be announced once they have been settled.
