Frasch exits Neiman for Saks

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Saks Inc. today announced that Ron Frasch has joined the company, where he will concentrate on international opportunities and private brand development. He reports to Brad Martin, chairman and CEO.

Frasch's title has yet to be determined.

With 30 years of retail experience, Frasch joins Saks from Neiman Marcus, where he was chairman and CEO of Bergdorf Goodman since April 2000. He has previously served as president of GFT USA and president and CEO of Escada USA.

Neiman Marcus Group said that president and CEO Burt Tansky will serve as interim CEO of Bergdorf Goodman until a successor is named.
