Block takes top posts at Bomar Trimming

Bomar Trimming has named Alan Block president and CEO, succeeding Nimi Natan, who is leaving the company after three years at its helm.
Block, an industry veteran, has been a director of the company since 1998. He is the former owner of Ralmar Fabrics, an apparel-trim manufacturer. Earlier, he was with Kayser-Roth.
"I am excited to take an even more active role with Bomar," Block said. "We will continue to serve our traditional base of customers, as well as our new decorative jobber and retail clientele."
Dennis McCormick, Bomar chairman, said, "We've wor-ked with Alan for several years and are delighted to have him as the company's new leader."
