Alok inks McClintock license

The announcement comes on the heels of the fashion alliance between another Jessica
(Simpson) and Peking Handicraft. Both licenses were brokered by New York-based
Concept Marketing Group.
McClintock romantic apparel design now encompasses a vast international network of business interests that cater to the bridal, designer, missy, junior and children's wear industries, with retailing partners and ventures throughout North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
The collection at Alok will be comprised of top of bed, including comforters and sheet sets in various
thread counts to be made in cotton and microfiber. Towel collections are designed to
stand alone or coordinate with the bedding.
About the new relationship with Alok, Jessica said, "I have always had a love affair with textiles, so my extension into the bed and bath categories is a natural. I am thrilled with our relationship and how Alok has been able to create collections that accurate reflect my design aesthetic."
According to Kerry Glasser, founder of Concept Marketing Group, who has been instrumental in establishing Jessica's licensing initiatives for 15 years, "Alok has faithfully showcased the evolution and consistency of Jessica's core fashion apparel products into bed and bath. We look forward to continuing to provide both the retailer and their customers with a fashionable and timeless design option."
