Dallas launching new trade event for baby and juvenile

Dallas - The Dallas Market Center and the Toy Industry Association are creating a new event targeting mass market retailers of youth goods. PB&J: The Preview for Baby & Juvenile will take place at the center Oct. 2-4, 2012.
Product categories will include bedding, furniture, gifts, décor, baby care, accessories, stroller, high chairs, and nursing/feeding. PB&J will run concurrently with the association's Fall Toy Preview.

"This joint venture was developed with the mass market in mind," said Bill Winsor, president and ceo of Dallas Market Center. "Our goal is to deliver an environment where corporate sourcing teams can conduct business more efficiently."

PB&J will be a by-appointment-only event that brings together vendors with mass retailers for private meetings as well as networking events. Dallas Market Center will provide meeting rooms, WiFi, hospitality and other amenities.
