CodyHome expands categories, adds price tier

NEW YORK – Decorative pillow manufacturer Cody Home has expanded into Toskana shearling throws and area rugs designed to work back to its dec pillow lines. The items are made from animal hides and feature distinctive markings, so no product is identical.

Some throws feature a distressed leather look that is available in eight hues. Area rugs are made from Hoar calf leather and come in a small and large size in an array of four colors.

Cody Home has also introduced the CH2 collection, a new brand for value-priced goods targeting discounters. This is the newest tier in Cody Home ’s portfolio. At the highest end is the Cody Home Signature collection, which is produced domestically from fine Italian leather and suede in custom and exclusive designs. The middle tier is occupied by Cody Home collection, which offers moderate pricing of signature looks through offshore production at its manufacturing facility.

In addition, the company recently showcased 300 of its decorative pillows in open spaces at the grand opening of the W Hotel in Seoul , South Korea . It is currently working on establishing partnerships with other Starwood properties.
