The Rug Market sets stage for 100-plus new rugs at High Point

Los Angeles - Contemporary rug designer and manufacturer The Rug Market America is coming to the High Point Market with more than 100 new rug introductions from the Ecconox line.

Designs include color blocked oversized checks, sailing motifs and vintage inspired graphics.

"The design philosophy of the Rug Market America has always been fashion oriented and is a perfect fit for the Fashion theme being created for this spring's High Point Market," said Mike Shabtai, founder and owner. "We are proud of the work our designers have done to deliver multiple collections with such topical, trend setting and inspired direction."

Also new are several other collections: Vogue incorporates strong color blocked checker rug designs in multiple colors and sizes for a retro fashion look; Nautical, which features ropes and sails among other iconic patterns in a red, white and blue palette for an Americana appeal; and Contemporary Vintage, designed for homeowners looking for a rug design that infuses vintage designs for environments with a contemporary and eclectic narrative.
