AmericasMart Adds Exhibitors to Home Floor

Four home accessories, furnishings and furniture exhibitors recently signed on to relocate from existing space new and larger showrooms in the 14th floor Home area of the AmericasMart here.
The four companies are: home furnishings and accessories supplier Chelsea House Inc., which is moving to a 6,000-square-foot space; Currey & Company Inc., relocating to a 5,000-square-foot showroom to better display its lighting and accessories offerings; handcrafted furniture supplier Ambella Home Collection Inc., moving into an 8,200-square-foot space; and furniture sources Designs By Bree Inc. and Touch of France, furniture and home accessories dealers who are jointly moving into a 1,000-square-foot showroom.
The 14th floor of the AmericasMart's Home Products building is focused on high-end home goods suppliers appealing to upscale retailers. It opens officially during the Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market July 8 through 15.
The four new showrooms moving in make up more than 20,000 square feet combined and are being treated as anchors of the 14th floor, along with newcomer to the mart — Century Furniture, which is located in a 3,200-square-foot space.
"These showrooms, together with other new or newly expanded home exhibitors slated to open in July, help define and add new depth and breadth to a home product mix already encompassing more than two million square feet," The AmericasMart said.
The site's Home Products building includes: home furnishings temporary exhibitors on the second floor; the area rug center on the third through sixth floors; home furnishings temporary exhibitors on floors seven and eight; the home accents and fine linens center on floors nine and 10; home furnishings and accessories showrooms on the 11th through 15th floors; and the holiday, floral and home décor center on floors 16 through 20.
