CARSON, Calif. — Brentwood Originals, a decorative pillows, throws and window treatments supplier, recently added the responsibilities of covering department store accounts to Bill Bronstein, national account specialist.
The new post is effective May 12. Bronstein will continue to report to Craig Torrey, national sales manager, who is based in the company's Los Angeles office.
For several years, Bronstein has handled West Coast retail accounts for Brentwood Originals.
"With the consolidation in the department store category, it became clear that additional focus was warranted in this category of business," said Loren Sweet, president. "We welcome his contribution, and are confident that this change will permit us to better service this category of trade."
His new department store accounts include Federated, May Co., Dillard's and Saks. He will also work with the local sales representatives in supervising and handling these accounts.
Bronstein will continue to work mainly from his office in San Francisco, but will spend two days a week in the LA office working on special projects related to product development.
