Springs renews Wamsutta National Sleep campaign  

Washington. -- Springs Global US and its Wamsutta brand are renewing a partnership with the National Sleep Foundation to promote National Sleep Awareness Week 2008, Mar. 3 - 8, and the NSF Great American Sleep Challenge, Mar. 3 - 31.

“We are very pleased to extend our partnership with the NSF to raise awareness of the important benefits of sleep,” said Leslie Gillock, vp of brand management for Springs Global US. “Springs is committed to creating Wamsutta bedding products that offer sleep solutions for consumers.”

The company first supported the effort last year.

Elements of the program include an online sleep habits poll at sleepfoundation.org and related information. Learning activities are conducted in local cities and towns, and through schools. Participants are encouraged to contact local members of the Community Sleep Awareness Partners or sleep centers associated with the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
