230 Fifth Avenue welcomes new tenants and expanded showrooms

New York - The showroom building 230 Fifth Avenue has added a number of tenants ahead of the summer and fall trade shows.
Nancy Koltes Fine Linens, known for servicing the upper end of the market, has taken a showroom at Suite No. 1906.
Daniel's Bath and Beyond, Inc./Daniel Linen, Inc. is now located in Suite No. 1019 with a 1,000 square feet of showroom space.
China Fortune - which specializes in top of bed textiles - has take a permanent showroom in Suite No. 805.
Cody Direct, a supplier of bedding ensembles, has relocated to the bulding in Suite No. 1411.
JOC International, which manufactures home textiles and garments, has moved into Suite No. 405A.
Long-time tenant and fashion bedding supplier Next Creations/Raymond Waites Designs has expanded its space at Suite No. 1404.
