Cashmere apparel maker Qi to enter home

Retail Editor 2, August 5, 2011

New York - Cashmere house Qi this month is launching its first home collection at retail.
The collection of throws, pillow covers and shams can "compliment an urban-chic décor," according to the company. The collection of seven cashmere fringed throw blankets includes striped, plaid, patchwork and mosaic patterns in four colorways: ivory, camel, taupe, and espresso.
Qi's home products are made of the the same cashmere used in its ready-to-wear collections and will be sold in Saks, Ron Herman and Anthropologie as well as better specialty stores and on QiCashmereShop.com. Retail prices will be $500-$1,200.
