IFDA makes noise with silent auction at Gala

Partygoers placed bids on everything from dec pillows to a French chateau during the annual Holiday Gala thrown by the New York chapter of the International Furnishings and Design Association. Held last week at the Fashion Institute of Technology, the silent auction raised money for Village Care, an organization that assists the elderly and people with HIV/AIDS.
