Loloi Rugs opens new showroom in NY at 295 Fifth

Dallas – Five-year-old area rug house Loloi Rugs is gearing up to open its fifth permanent showroom – and its first in New York City.

The company is moving into a 1,300-square-foot space in suite 1009 at 295 Fifth Avenue.

The official grand opening of this new site is set for the week of Sept. 14 to 18, during the New York Home Fashions Market.

Company founder Amir Loloi explained the new space will give Loloi “a leg up in the home textiles market, housing a large selection of scatter, bath and area rug sizes in unique styles that will offer buyers something totally fresh.”

He added that the company has been “dabbling” in the textiles market for a while, but that now is “the right time for us to get serious and create a presence in New York City, where most of the majors in home textiles go to do business…We’ll have for buyers some great new concepts that come from an entirely fresh design angle.”

Loloi also operates showrooms here for the Dallas Total Home & Gift Market, in Atlanta at the AmericasMart, in Las Vegas at the World Market Center, and in High Point at the IHFC.
