Sleep Foundation says be a good host and consider the guest bed
December 11, 2013,
New York - A busy holiday season often means hosting out-of-town guests for a night or two, and the National Sleep Foundation is urging Americans to be the ultimate hosts by refreshing the guest bedroom.
Why the guest bedroom? Because many consumers have found what works for them in their own bedroom, but may have overlooked seldom-used guest rooms.
The National Sleep Foundation's research reveals the surprising fact that 35% of Americans say they have no curtains or shades in the bedroom. Also surprising, nearly a quarter (24%) of those with bedroom shades or curtains say they never close their window coverings.
