GLM prepares for spring Home Textiles Show

New York — George Little Management is gearing up for the April return of the New York Home Textiles Show and Extracts (aromatherapy, fragrance, personal care) by featuring a number of new resources and market innovations designed for both retailers and manufacturers.

The shows, to take place April 12-15, 2002 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center here, will highlight the launch of new "Tools for the Trade" business resource divisions; the debut of a new "Rug Pavilion" at the Home Textiles show; and new cross-market synergies resulting from first-time co-location with Decorex USA, a trade show for high-end furnishings and design resources.

The "Tools for the Trade" pavilion will feature business resources, packaging companies, fibers and finishes, trade associations and publications. These supplier pavilions will be co-located adjacently on the show floor to benefit companies with cross-over appeal to both industries.

Some 15 area rug companies, occupying 3,500 square feet, are expected to participate in the debut of the "Rug Pavilion," which will be specifically highlighted on the show floor.
