Bloomingdale's Promotes Berman, Anderson

Frank Berman and Charles Anderson have been promoted to senior vps at Bloomingdale's, both continuing to report to Tony Spring, president and coo.

Berman, most recently vp of marketing, becomes svp marketing, adding the duties of marketing strategy, analytics, advertising production, image editing, account services, marketing finance and restaurants to his current areas of customer loyalty, relationship management, international marketing, campaign planning and advertising media.

Anderson, previously svp, West and Midwest regions, has been named director of stores. He succeeds Spring, who held that post prior to being named to his new position in February.

Reporting to Anderson will be the three regional svps/vps and the svp/general manager of the 59th Street flagship store here, as well as the vps of shopping services, store communications, administration and "clienteling" and customer satisfaction.
