NRF’s Foundation announces finalists for best service award

Washington D.C. -- The NRF Foundation, the research and education arm of the National Retail Federation, has released its list of this year’s top 10 finalists for the annual NRF Foundation/American Express Customers’ Choice survey.
Consumer market intelligence firm BIGresearch, which conducts the survey, gathered the opinions of 8,526 shoppers about which retailer provides the best customer service. The survey was conducted Sept. 1 to 9.
This year’s survey finalists include the following retailers, alphabetically: Amazon.com, Coldwater Creek, HSN, JCPenney, Kohl's, Lands' End, L.L. Bean, Nordstrom, Overstock.com, QVC, and Zappos.
The survey is designed to gauge consumer attitudes toward retailers’ customer service, to promote best practices in customer service and to recognize retailers providing excellent customer service.
