Tuesday Morning 3Q sales relatively flat, comps down

Dallas Tuesday Morning Corporation reported a 1.1% sales increase to $194.4 million for the third quarter ended Sept. 30. Comps fell 4.6%.

“We improved the age, content, and level of our inventory, and experienced traffic increases during the third quarter,” stated Kathleen Mason, president and ceo. “We believe we are well positioned heading into the fourth quarter.”

The company expects diluted earnings per share to be in the range of $0.07 to $0.08. Tuesday Morning will release third quarter financial results Oct. 26.
