Downlite to Debut Good Housekeeping Brand

Utility bedding manufacturer Downlite has signed a licensing deal with Hearst Brand Development and Good Housekeeping Magazine to produce a line of Good Housekeeping Good Home bedding.

Set to launch at the spring New York Home Fashions Market, which takes place March 8-12 in the showrooms, the line will include pillows, comforters, blankets, mattress pads and toppers in both natural and synthetic constructions.

Each performance-driven product will be evaluated by the Good Housekeeping Research Institute, the magazine's state-of-the-art product testing laboratory for quality and durability.

Glen Ellen Brown, vp of Hearst Brand Development lauded Downlite for its “expertise, innovation and commitment to quality.”

Downlite's Glen Alberi, national sales manager, said the line will consist of “great performing product at attainable prices.”
