Company C promotes Colby to customer service manager

Concord, N.H. -- Area rug, bedding, throw and decorative pillow house Company C has promoted Amanda Colby to customer service manager.
Walter Chapin, president, made the announcement today.
Colby was previously customer service account representative, serving as both team leader of the customer service group and manager of the designer program.
In her new role, Colby will be responsible for overseeing Company C’s customer service department, which manages transactions for the wholesale and online divisions. She oversees a department comprised of three employees while continuing to manage the company’s “Design Trade” program.
“Amanda’s extensive knowledge of Company C products and her understanding of its customer base make her extremely qualified to take on the additional responsibilities required of customer service manager” said Chapin. “I’m confident that Amanda will continue to set the highest standard for customer relations as she moves into her new leadership role.”
