Hudson looks to fill latex's niche

RICHMOND, VA — Hudson Industries Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of high-end foam and poly blends of specialty pillows & mattress cushions, has announced it will produce a new family of pillows to fill a potential shortage of latex products in the market.

Hudson claims its Like-Latex line - constructed from a new urethane foam technology - emulates the qualities of latex pillows. Available in high thread count all-cotton or poly blend tick, the pillows are dust-free, have anti-bacterial & anti-microbial qualities as well as an odorless core, and come with a lifetime guarantee.

The products target specialty retailers, mail order catalogs, department stores and better mass merchants. Pricing for a standard starts at $29.95. Queen and king sizes are also available.
