Martha Garden hits customers

TROY, MI -Some four million of Kmart's best Martha Stewart Everyday customers will receive the first Martha Stewart Everyday Garden magazine beginning this week.

The magazine, a 78-page, perfect-bound issue, offers existing and new Martha Stewart Everyday Garden products as its core but spices the garden thrust with decorating tips and home furnishings products from beach towels to table top to outdoor lighting and furniture and grills and accessories-along with Martha's recipes.

"It's definitely designed to be a keeper," said Steve Ryman, Kmart's senior vp, home. "Besides the gardening ideas, it offers tips for decorating and outdoor entertaining."

The Kmart exclusive merchandise includes new merchandise as well as popular items included in past seasons.
