Crypton products headed to Bed Bath & Beyond

West Bloomfield, Mich. – Mattress and pillow protectors made with Crypton brand anti-allergenic fabric are headed to a test at 35 or more Bed Bath & Beyond locations.

Originally developed for the hospitality industry, the mattress and pillow protectors are washable, easy to spot clean, dust-mite-proof as well as breathable with a permanent, 100% moisture-resistant barrier, the company said.

Designed for use over existing mattress pads, the mold-, mildew-, odor-, and stain-resistant Crypton protectors are available in both traditional fitted-sheet style and anchor band style.

Crypton said fabric system meets “stringent standards” of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency; the company is a member of the EPA's Design For the Environment (DFE) program.
