WILMINGTON, DE Longtime DuPont executive Steve McCracken has been named president of DuPont Textiles & Interiors (DTI), the wholly owned subsidiary of DuPont.

Richard Goodmanson, DuPont executive vp and coo, will serve as DTI's chairman. Charles Holliday, DuPont's ceo and chairman, and Gary Pfeiffer, DuPont's chief financial officer, also will be board members. All members of the DTI leadership team report to McCracken.

Among his earlier responsibilities, McCracken was managing director of DuPont Lycra in Europe, head of DuPont Surfaces and head of Corian worldwide.
