Jo-Ann taps JCP home sourcing exec

Hudson, Ohio -Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores has hired Kris Arabia as vice president of product development.
Most recently, Arabia was divisional vp of sourcing for home at JCPenney. Prior to that, she held sourcing positions with Walt Disney, Pottery Barn, Bath & Body Works, and Mikasa.
At Jo-Ann Arabia will oversee the fabric and craft retailer's design & trend, global sourcing & production, and quality control & compliance departments. She will be responsible for managing overseas agency relationships.
She reports to Riddianne Kline, senior vice president, chief marketing and merchandising officer.
