Home, textiles team named at DuPont

WILMINGTON, DE -DuPont has named the leadership team for the home and industrial textiles unit of the recently formed Apparel and Textile Sciences business under Bill Ghitis, who was named president of the Global Home and Industrial Textiles Unit in November 2000.
Reporting to Ghitis are Tom Kearns, director, home textiles; Ken Takvorian, director, new business development; Meg Burich, director, global communications; Diane O'Sullivan, director, global products; John Griffin, director, global finance; Terry Davis, director, global planning and Six Sigma; Jim Diandreth, director, global technology; Roz Mack, director, industrial textiles; Dan Stone, director, airbags; and Robert Vandererkof, director, personal care.
The Apparel and Textile Sciences businesses was formed by merging DuPont's apparel, home textiles and related businesses of Lycra spandex, nylon textiles, nylon industrial specialties, Dacron branded specialties and fiberfill.
