Windham Weavers expands design team, promotes Spencer to design dir.

New York — Table linens, scatter rugs and decorative pillows supplier Windham Weavers has expanded its in-house design team, adding three new designers and promoting Travis Spencer to the new post of design director.

Spencer formerly was the company's decorative pillow designer. He replaces Ilene Rubin, who recently left the company to become an independent designer. The three new designers, all formerly independent artists for home textiles products, are Oscar Lupo, Kelly Alvarez and Sergio Teran. They report to Spencer.
