Company C marks its second decade
Will celebrate during Jan. 7-14 market at AmericasMart

Company C’s Sumiko collection draws its design from an original vase and is available in rugs as well as bedding.
Highlights of the season's introductions include the original, bold vase design found in the Sumiko collection, which includes both rugs and coordinating bedding.
"The past 20 years have been a great journey for us, one that started with passion and a colorful dream," said Christine Chapin, co-founder and Chief Colorful Living Officer, "and the journey becomes even more exciting as we continue to develop our full Lifestyle concept and offer new categories like bedding and home accents."
Company C launched its Lifestyle concept earlier this year in an effort to expand product assortment beyond rugs, for which the company is most known. "By offering bold patterns in upholstery, original designs in bedding and pillows, and unique touches with fashionable accessories, we can really help consumers finish their rooms with coordinating pieces and allow them to experiment with color in their homes," Chapin said.
To further support the concept, the company launched the Lifestyle Partner program, designed to create compelling visual impact through customized in-store vignettes featuring Company C rugs, furniture, fabrics, bedding, pillows and throws. The program also includes new signage, fixturing support and recommended visual guidelines and year-around support.
More than 100 retailers are now part of the program.
"Our retail partners are having success with the program, and we look forward to adding more products and benefits in the future," said Walter Chapin, co-founder and president.
In addition to the Atlanta market, Company C will also present the spring 2014 collection at the Jan. 15-21 Dallas Total Home & Gift Market and the Jan. 26-30 Las Vegas Market.
