International exhibitors readying for NY Now

White Plains, NY - The winter edition of NY Now, the Market for Home + Lifestyle, will have a strong international flavor.
More than 350 international suppliers, representing 55 countries from Afghanistan to Vietnam will be among 2,800 exhibiting companies in the show.
Four pavilions will be presented in the NY Now Home collection: UbiFrance will return with 19 companies; Italy will participate via Universal Marketing; Brazil will be represented by Worldwide Import/Export; and Jetro New York will showcase 24 Japanese companies.
Within the juried Accent on Design, two independently organized contingents, Accent on Japan and the British Design Group, each will showcase four companies.
Global suppliers of hand crafted products also will participate in pavilions within the NY Now Handmade Designer Maker section. Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH, Messe Stuttgart (Germany) returns with 10 artisans; and designeyes/British Contemporary Crafts returns with 20 designer-makers.
The largest number of international groups at the New York market will be represented in Artisan Resource at New York's Passenger Ship Terminal Pier 94. This is a semi-annual tradeshow which runs concurrently with NY Now. These four pavilions include: Consulate General of Indonesia; Panama Pavilion; PromPeru; and Office National De L'artisanat Tunisien from Tunisia.
The winter 2014 edition of NY Now runs Saturday, Feb. 1, through Thursday, Feb. 6 at New York City's Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and Pier 94. Information and registration is available online at www.nynow.com
