Calhoun, Ga. - The legacy of William Morris continues through a recent collaboration between Morris & Co. and Surya for a newly launched collection of rugs inspired by the late Arts & Crafts movement artist's works.
On display at Surya's Americasmart Atlanta showroom this week during the International Gift & Home Furnishings Market, the new Morris Collection translates authentic versions of Morris's original designs alongside new interpretations that are hand-crafted 100% wool rugs made in India.
Evert Kroon, brand manager, William Morris Rugs said that via Surya, Morris's designs will be accessible to a wider range of consumers, "something to which Morris always aspired."
