Bedding designers swim in the Shark Tank

Los Angeles - The founders of a new kids bedding line will swim with the sharks on Friday.
Jennifer MacDonald and Haley Carr, sisters from the Los Angeles area, are pitching Zipit Bedding, a collection of all-in-one zippered bedding on the ABC show, Shark Tank, this Friday evening.
Chosen out of 36,000 applicants from across the country, the sisters will face tough entrepreneurs on the show like "Queen of QVC" Lori Greiner; technology innovator Robert Herjavec; fashion and branding expert Daymond John; and venture capitalist Kevin O'Leary.
They'll present their line, which works like a sleeping bag and enables kids to make their own beds, in hopes of securing investment in their business.
MacDonald and Carr are also launching a national direct television and social media campaign, which includes a two-minute commercial, a music video and a catchy "Just Zipit!" jingle, produced by Grammy Award winning producer, Brian Kennedy (of Rhianna, Kelly Clarkson and Backstreet Boys fame).
The line is aimed at kids aged 4-13 and designed with the help of top mass merchant designer, Alyssa Kaplan. It features bright, themed prints, with reversible tops that coordinate with other Zipit Bedding sets.
The zippered sets means kids stay tucked in all night and they wash as one piece. Zippered side pockets store important items and all sets glow in the dark, because that's what kids like.
