Long Island City, N.Y. - Soft goods producer Wildcat Territory is partnering with interior designer Dann Foley on a new soft home collection. The line will debut at the High Point Market to coincide with the launch of the new NBC series American Dream Builders, a home makeover competition created by Nake Berkus on which Foley is a contestant.
Wildcat Territory will offer a preview March 24-27 during the New York Home Fashions Market. Foley will share his insights and inspiration for the Supple Style soft home collection at the spring High Point Market in the Wildcat Territory showroom, IHFC H-417, from 3-5 p.m. Saturday, April 5.
The line includes five collections that draw inspiration from Foley's interests, including menswear, glamour, classic regency style and a California coastal feel. The collections include duvet covers, shams, decorative pillows and coordinating draperies. All will be manufactured in the U.S. and distributed globally by Wildcat Territory under the name Dann Foley Lifestyle Interiors by Wildcat Territory.
"I thought the timing couldn't be better for the company," said Nancy Reib, president of Wildcat Territory. "I've known Dann for many years and have always been a big fan of his work. He's got a wonderful sense of style and a great sense of humor. It's been so much fun to work with such a talented designer. His direction offered us a chance to create collections that offer a new breadth to our assortment."
"My new collection for Wildcat Territory will combine what Nancy and I do best," Foley said. "We will offer incredibly stylish bedding and window treatments for discerning customers at an approachable price point that I call Supple Style. I have appreciated Wildcat Territory products for a number of years. I have long admired Nancy's incomparable sense of style, color and pattern. I could not be more excited for the April High Point launch of these five diverse collections. I look forward to meeting buyers and designers alike to share my inspirations for these designs and personally see the expressions on their faces when they see the style and value that go hand-in-hand."
