Downlite joins forces with Pendleton for new line

Mason, Ohio – Downlite, a manufacturer of down & feather as well as synthetic fill sleep products, has signed a licensing agreement with Pendleton Woolen Mills for a luxury line of pillows, comforters, throws, blankets and mattress pads.

The collection will use Downlite’s patent-pending new fill, a proprietary blend of select wool and down branded as Pendleton Wool-Down.

“We are excited by the opportunity to bring such an iconic American brand to market. Pendleton’s knowledge and incredible history in wool will provide great new products to build a new bedding experience for consumers,” said James Lape, ceo of Downlite.

“This partnership represents a new entry for Pendleton into the utility bedding market and we could not be more thrilled to partner with the leader in that space, bringing high-quality bedding and accessories to our customers,” said Mark Korros, ceo of Pendleton.

A soft launch of the collaboration will be on display at Downlite’s showroom during the New York Home Fashions Market next week, followed by a full product launch at the fall market in September.

Downlite’s showroom is located at 295 Fifth Ave.
