Kohl's chief merchandising officer resigns

Menomonee Falls, Wis. -- Kohl's Corp.'s chief merchandising officer is leaving, according to a report from the AP.
The retailer said in a regulatory filing this morning that Donald Brennan resigned yesterday, effective April 1. He has been with Kohl's since 2001.
The retailer has struggled lately with income down 10% to $889 million for the fiscal year ended Feb.1, and earnings per share dipped 3% to $4.05. Net sales fell 1.3% to 19.0 billion, while comps dipped 1.2% compared to 2012's 0.3% comp increase.
John Worthington, Kohl’s chief administrative officer, left in June last year, according to the report.
