Sears introduces Get Advice online tool

Hoffman Estates, Ill. - Sears has launched Get Advice, a service that leverages online and mobile channels to connect with store associates for advice on products.
Consumers can type in questions and receive answers from Sears store associates across the country. Get Advice the millions of Shop Your Way customers, so any member can also post an answer and vote on the most helpful responses.
Another recently launched program, Member Assist, allows members to communicate directly with consultative store associates in more than 400 Sears stores nationwide via shopyourway.com or the Shop Your Way mobile app. Members can interact with their favorite associate at their nearest Sears store – asking product-related questions and that associate will respond directly.
