Rue La La merges home décor and apparel in new online boutique

Boston - Rue La La has launched DressingRoom, a series of online boutiques that combine home décor and fashion for one-stop shopping.

The boutiques, which debuted last Friday, highlight themes such as preppy, boho, and contemporary to inspire members to style to their living rooms and closets. All fashion and home items, along with inspiration boards and how-to content, will be featured together for cross-channel style inspiration.

The series will begin with "Bright & Bohemian,” featuring home décor brands Safavieh, Pangea, and Skyline; followed by "Minimalist Whites" and then "Weekend Casual" throughout the month of June.

"Our members' personal style does not stop in their closets – it touches all areas of their lives," said Robin Domeniconi, chief marketing officer. "Showcasing fashion and home elements together inspires our members to embrace their personal style on every level, from the perfect dress to the perfect pillow.”
