Trident US adds vp to sales team

Brian Delp to focus on towel business

New York – Trident U.S.’s newest vp has held posts at WestPoint, Croscill and Ralph Lauren Home.

Brian Delp joins the U.S. division of Trident Global Inc. as vp of sales and market. He will primarily focus on the company’s towel business, overseeing the sales and marketing efforts for new and existing customers on the East Coast, the Upper Midwest,and Canada.

“Brian is exceptionally bright, high energy, and has one of the best merchandising minds I’ve encountered in a sales and marketing role," said Jeff Kambak, ceo of US operations for Trident.

Delp will have a team reporting to him in India, added Kambak, “with their fingers on the pulse of the manufacturing operation and supply chain. Brian’s arrival coincides with other initiatives we will be announcing in the near future, allowing us to be more competitive in arenas we may not have been well positioned to participate in previously.”

The Trident Group is a USD $1 billion Indian business conglomerate and leading manufacturer in home textiles, yarn, eco-friendly paper, energy and chemicals. It is also one of the top 15 home textiles suppliers to the U.S. market, with 2016 sales of $285 million.
