Siscovers teams with Learning Linens on new bedding
October 3, 2017,
New York –Siscovers has teamed with Learning Linens for a collection of sheet sets and comforters printed with preschool and early elementary activities to help children learn to read.
The match was brokered by licensing agency Concept Marketing Group.
Learning Linens was created by Amy Poindexter, who is formally trained in gifted and elementary education and has held various positions in primary schools.
“I created Learning Linens as a fun, interactive way to expand a child’s mind,” she said. “Our schools expect a lot from our children, and often the classroom is not enough.”
Learning Linens designs focus on the ABCs, sight words, rhyming pairs, word families and provide a broad array of subject matter.
Shari Hammer, owner and creative director of Siscovers noted, “ Learning Linens provides a colorful way for children to learn. The soft and snuggly comforter sets and curtains that complement the activity sheet sets are loaded with vivid color and pattern that suggest it’s cool to learn.”
Siscovers will debut the line at the High Point Furniture Market, October 14 – 18 and at the ABC Kids Expo in Las Vegas, Oct. 17 – 19.
The initial launch includes four activity sheet sets (packaged in a Learning Linens nap sack that includes a flashlight and Learning Activities to play before bedtime) and three comforter collections: Be Super, Smarty Cat and Brain Waves.
